how i achieved it - Part 2

Hi guys!

In continuation of yesterday's post, let me begin from the  Genesis of my weightloss journey. After I saw the picture I took with my friend on October 4, 2015, I swung into action!

The first thing I did was to pray for grace to go through. It wasn't easy initially but I was determined to follow through to the end. I gave up a lot of comfort foods and did a complete overhaul on my diet. Thereafter, I joined a fitness/support group and began training rigorously.
