Say No to Dark Underarms - Natural Remedies

Have you ever wondered why your under arms become so dark? Well, using razors and deodorants frequently are usually the main cause, but what’s the alternative? You are not going to step out of your house with hairy pits and without using deodorant because that will birth a new problem on its own called BO (Body Odour) or SP (Smelly Pits). So if you are tired of being embarrassed of your dark under arms, here are a few natural tips on how to lighten and brighten your pits so you can proudly wave those arms in the air like you just don’t care.

Below are the tips:

Milk and Flour Pack

- Apply a thick layer of milk and white or wheat flour paste to your underarms. Let it dry off and rinse. This mixture helps exfoliate the dead skin and the milk helps lighten the skin.

Coconut oil

- Massage your underarms for a few minutes with some warm coconut oil and leave it on for about half an hour. Go for a steam and then have a warm exfoliating bath with a good quality scrub. Doing this three to four times a week can show effective results.

Vinegar Pack

- Mix some rice flour with a few drops of vinegar to form a thick paste. Apply on the affected areas and let it dry for about 20 minutes. Scrub it once it is dry and have a warm bath.

Home Lightening Pack

- Make a pack with a mix of yogurt, lemon juice, turmeric and chickpea flour, apply and keep on for about 20 minutes. Wash it off with some warm water. Repeat the process everyday for several days to see results.

Baking Soda

- Mix baking soda and water to make a thick paste. Apply to your underarms and gently scrub the area. Wash off and pat dry the skin. You can avoid chemically made deodorants and antiperspirants using the baking soda mixture as an alternative. It can also prevent body odour too by killing off germs in your pits.

Why not go ahead and try these remedies at home and let us know which one worked   for you.

Xoxo
