Hello Fitfam! I'd like share with you a healthy meal I prepared for lunch. It's yummy, healthy and easy to prepare. This meal is for those who want to live and eat healthy. Feel free to leave a comment if you would like to order organic coconut oil or for any clarification.  More healthy meals coming soon! Ingredients: Unripe plantain - 2 fingers Cabbage - half a large bulb Fresh tomatoes - 3 large Habanero - Two medium size (depending on how spicy you like your food). Coconut oil - two tablespoonful Egg - boiled (medium rare) Salt and seasoning to taste. Low calories ✅ No carbs❌ Iron ✅ Protein✅ How to prepare: * Parboil the egg (half cooked and put aside) * Wash and peel your unripe plantain, and dice into cube * Wash the tomatoes, pepper and cabbage; cut into thick slices *  Pour a cup of water into a saucepan and add a pinch of salt * Add the diced plantain and bring to boil for 7 minutes * Add the coconut oil,  tomatoes and pepper and al

Lagos Fitness and Wellness Festival 2016

Hello Fitfam, I hope you all are doing great. It's been a while I posted updates on my fitness journey and am delighted to say that I have not given up on my goal. I'm taking each day as it comes and growing stronger in my resolve to live healthier.  Like they say: "health is wealth". ☺ I'd like to invite you to join me and other fitness enthusiasts,  celebrities and fitness professionals at the Lagos Fitness and Wellness Festival on Saturday,  November 19th, 2016. Venue is the Teslim Balogun Stadium, Surulere, and time is 7:00am to 4:00pm. Entry is free only if you register online before the date. Don't wait to be told!
