No-carbs Recipe

Hello Fitfam!

I'd like share with you a healthy meal I prepared for lunch. It's yummy, healthy and easy to prepare. This meal is for those who want to live and eat healthy.

Ingredients:

Unripe plantain - 2 fingers

Cabbage - half a large bulb

Fresh tomatoes - 3 large

Habanero - Two medium size (depending on how spicy you like your food).

Coconut oil - two tablespoonful

Egg - boiled (medium rare)

Salt and seasoning to taste.

Low calories ✅
No carbs❌
Iron ✅
Protein✅

How to prepare:
* Parboil the egg (half cooked and put aside)
* Wash and peel your unripe plantain, and dice into cube
* Wash the tomatoes, pepper and cabbage; cut into thick slices
*  Pour a cup of water into a saucepan and add a pinch of salt
* Add the diced plantain and bring to boil for 7 minutes
* Add the coconut oil,  tomatoes and pepper and allow to simmer for 3 minutes
* Add the sliced cabbage,  seasoning and allow to simmer for another two minutes.

VoilĂ ! Lunch is served.
Ensure you take your recommended 8 glasses of water daily.
