how I achieved it

It began with a desire for change  and a corresponding determination. I wanted all the curves, but without folds. I've tried a lot of yo-yo dieting in the past but they didn't work for me. All I got at the end was Peptic Ulcer! So, I made up my mind to change my lifestyle one day especially after I saw the picture I took with a friend.

I am big and beautiful, but I just didn't like the way I looked in the picture and right there, I decided to do something about it. That was how my weightloss journey began.
